🔌 Power Requirements

Standard Power (Preferred)

All restroom trailers operate on:

➡ One (1) dedicated 120V / 20-amp circuit
with a standard household outlet.

Requirements:

  • Outlet must be within 100 ft of trailer placement

  • Must not be shared with catering, entertainment, or lighting

  • Must remain live for the entire event

If power is not available:

We offer quiet, event-grade generators suitable for weddings, corporate events, private estates, and remote sites.

🚰 Water Requirements

Option 1 — Onsite Water Hookup (Preferred)

A standard ¾” garden hose spigot is perfect.

Requirements:

  • Within 100 ft of trailer placement

  • Water pressure: 30–60 PSI

  • Clean, potable water source

Option 2 — Onboard Fresh Water Tank

If no water is available onsite, our trailers can operate using an internal freshwater tank.

Recommended for:

  • Ranches

  • Mountain venues

  • Remote locations

  • Construction sites

❄️ Winter Requirements (October–April)

Colorado winters demand specific precautions.
To ensure freeze-free operation:

✔ Electrical must remain connected for heating
✔ Water lines must remain insulated
✔ If using a spigot, it must be freeze-proof
✔ Generator setups may require additional heating precautions

If temperatures will drop below freezing, we provide a Winterization Add-On to keep your trailer safe and operational.

📏 Space & Placement Requirements

Minimum Placement Pad:

  • Length: 20–30 ft (depending on trailer model)

  • Width: 10 ft

  • Height clearance: 12 ft

Ground Requirements:

  • Flat, level surface (grass, gravel, pavement)

  • No major slopes

  • Clear of overhead branches and obstacles

Turning Radius:

A standard pickup + trailer needs:

  • ~60 ft turning radius

  • Clear paths free of parked cars

🪝 Access Requirements (Delivery & Pickup)

To place your restroom trailer safely, we need:

✔ Driveway / access road wide enough for a ¾-ton truck
✔ No locked gates or restricted access limits
✔ Clear area to maneuver during delivery + pickup
✔ Placement determined in advance (map or walkthrough)

For tight spaces or complicated venues, we offer on-site placement consultations.

No utilities available? No problem.
