If you signed an agreement before this update, the terms in your signed contract take precedence.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all restroom trailer rentals and services provided by Elevate Restroom Suites LLC (“Elevate,” “we,” “us”). By submitting any payment, confirming your order, or taking delivery of the trailer, you (“Client”) agree to all terms below.

This is a living online agreement. The newest version posted at:

automatically applies to all current and future rentals, even if updated after booking.

1. Booking, Payment & Reservation Policies

1.1 Reservation Confirmation
Your rental is confirmed once Elevate receives your deposit or any form of payment.
Payment = legal acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.

1.2 Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

1.3 Final Payment
Final payment is due 3 days before delivery unless otherwise written.

1.4 Cancellations

  • More than 14 days before event: Deposit retained; no additional charges.

  • 14 days or less: Full invoice total is due; no refunds.

  • Weather-related cancellations are not refundable. Trailers operate in all weather if access is safe.

2. Power Requirements

Client is responsible for safe, reliable power for the entire rental period.

2.1 Required Power Supply
Client must provide:

  • One (1) dedicated 120V / 20A circuit

  • Within 100 ft of trailer placement

  • Not shared with DJs, catering, heaters, lighting, or other equipment

Electrical failures from client-provided power are not Elevate’s responsibility.

2.2 Generator Option
If adequate on-site power is unavailable, a generator package will be added to the rental at a rate of $150 per event day.

3. Water Supply Requirements

Client must provide one of the following:

3.1 Onsite Spigot

  • Clean water source

  • Standard ¾” hose spigot

  • Within 100 ft of trailer

  • 30–60 PSI recommended

3.2 Onboard Fresh Water
Elevate can supply onboard freshwater if no spigot is available (additional fees may apply).

4. Winter Requirements (October–April)

Client is responsible for ensuring:

  • Power remains connected for heating

  • Doors remain closed

  • Spigots are freeze-proof

  • Lines and hoses are protected

  • Placement area is accessible and free of snow/ice

Failure to comply may result in freeze damage, billed at full repair cost.

5. Site Access, Placement & Delivery Conditions

5.1 Space Requirements
Client must provide:

  • Level pad (20–30 ft long × 10 ft wide)

  • 12 ft vertical clearance

  • 60 ft turning radius for truck + trailer

  • No overhead branches, snow piles, soft ground, mud, or obstructions

5.2 Failed Delivery Attempts
If Elevate arrives and cannot deliver due to blocked access, soft ground, or safety issues, full payment remains owed. Client will work to identify an alternative viable spot or improve access so delivery can be completed.

5.3 Do Not Move the Trailer
Client and guests may not move or tow the trailer under any circumstances.

6. Servicing, Multi-Day Rentals & Emergency Calls

6.1 Standard Rentals
All trailers come sanitized, stocked, and event-ready.

6.2 Multi-Day Rentals
Multi-day events require servicing that may include:

  • Pumping

  • Restocking

  • Freeze checks (seasonal)

  • System inspections

6.3 Emergency Callouts
One courtesy call is included.
Additional calls: $85 per hour + mileage.

7. Damage, Liability & Extraordinary Cleanup

7.1 Client Responsibility for Damage

Client is responsible for any damage not caused by Elevate, including:

  • Broken or damaged interior fixtures

  • Frozen pipes caused by Client not meeting winter requirements

  • Electrical damage caused by Client power issues

  • Damage caused by guests, vendors, or attendees

  • Tire/rim damage if Client instructs unsafe placement

7.2 Extraordinary Cleanup Fees

Severe sanitation events may incur $200 cleanup fee, including:

  • Vomit (inside or outside the trailer)

  • Feces on floors, walls, or any surfaces

  • Urine on surfaces or floors

  • Diaper explosions

  • Blood or bodily fluids

  • Excessive mud, paint, food, alcohol, glitter, or trash

  • Vandalism

Elevate photographs each trailer at delivery and pickup for documentation.

8. Prohibited Waste

Do NOT dispose of:

  • Feminine hygiene products

  • Diapers

  • Wipes (including “flushable”)

  • Paper towels

  • Chemicals, oils, grease

  • Trash or foreign objects

Client agrees to cover all repair/replacement costs resulting from misuse.

9. Weather, Access & Force Majeure

Elevate is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by:

  • Severe weather

  • Mud or snow preventing access

  • Venue restrictions or HOA policies

  • Power outages

  • Flooding, fire, natural disasters

  • Government shutdowns or road closures

If pickup is delayed due to conditions, additional trips will be billed.

10. Permits, Venue Rules & Regulations

Client is fully responsible for:

  • Venue approval

  • HOA policies

  • City or county permits

  • Compliance with all local regulations

  • Placement permissions on private property

11. Equipment Substitution

If the reserved trailer becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues, Elevate may provide a substitute trailer of equal or higher quality at no additional cost.

12. Indemnification & Liability

Client agrees to indemnify and hold Elevate harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Guest misuse

  • Negligence by Client or attendees

  • Improper utilities supplied by Client

  • Unsafe site conditions

  • Third-party interference

  • Poor placement conditions requested by Client

Elevate’s liability is limited to the total rental amount paid.

13. Photography, Media Use & Marketing Rights

Client agrees Elevate may photograph or film:

  • The trailer

  • Exterior placement

  • Setup, staging, and surrounding area

These images may be used for:

  • Website gallery

  • Social media

  • Online and print advertising

  • Brochures, listings, digital marketing

  • Educational and portfolio use

Elevate will never publish identifiable guests without permission.
Client may request removal of a specific image in writing.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
Any legal actions must be filed in Denver County, Colorado.

15. Acceptance of Terms (Living Agreement Clause)

By submitting payment, clicking a payment link, filling out a quote form, replying with booking confirmation, or taking delivery, the Client agrees that:

  • They have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Payment constitutes binding acceptance without a physical signature.

  • All future updates to this webpage automatically apply to their booking.

  • This online Agreement supersedes any prior verbal or written communication.
